Please follow this guide to update your bank account or credit card details.
Please note:
- Your credit card is used for payments TO ShareWine.
- Your bank account is used for withdrawals FROM ShareWine.
Update bank account information
Your bank account information is only stored with our payment provider (Stripe).
If you wish to update the information, follow these steps:
Click on My Account > My Information > Payments > Stripe dashboard
Enter the SMS code sent to your mobile phone to access your Stripe dashboard.
From your Stripe Dashboard, click on the profile icon at the top right.
Then you can add a new bank account under Payout details.
Update credit card
To update your credit card, follow these steps:
From your computer:
Click on My Account > My Information > Payments.
Press Change and enter the details from your card. Hit Save.
From your mobile phone:
Click on Profile > My Information (located under your profile name).
Select Payments and press Change next to the credit card.
Then enter the details from your new card and hit Save.
