Haven't paid yet?
Paying for the item is the first step in the transaction and unless special circumstances this should always be completed first before contacting the seller. Remember that when paying via ShareWine Secure Payment your payment is securely deposited with ShareWine's payment provider (Stripe) and will only be released to the seller once you have received the bottle.
